Pizza sliders

For something a bit different for lunch, try these pizza sliders. You can vary the ingredients as much as you like to suit your family's tastes.

Serves 4-6

6 batch rolls

3 tbsp tomato puree

Sliced chorizo

1 ball mozzarella, sliced

Melted butter

Grated parmesan cheese

1. Cut batch rolls in half and spread with tomato puree on both sides.

2. Add a slice of chorizo, a slice of mozzarella and a few spinach leaves.

3. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.

4. Bake at 200C (fan) for 10 minutes.
