
Baked ravioli
If you haven't tried this yet you don't know what you're missing, it takes filled pasta to a whole new level! You can adjust the ingredients to suit your kids' tastes so it makes a really simple, tasty meal; perfect if you're too busy to prepare anything complicated.

2 packs of filled pasta
150g feta cheese, cubed
150g cherry tomatoes
1 pepper, sliced
2 tbsp black olives
150g frozen peas
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. In a large roasting dish mix together the pasta, feta, tomatoes, pepper and olives and pour over enough cold water to just cover the base of the dish
3. Bake for 30 minutes
4. Add the peas and avocado to the dish and return to the oven for another 5 minutes
